    Physician Relations Manager (PRM)

    Role:
    Reporting to the Senior Vice President, recipe Strategy & Business Development, approved the PRM is responsible  for building and leveraging relationships with physicians through marketing and promoting KMH cardiology and diagnostic services to  physicians, including family medicine, internists and cardiologists, as well as nurse practitioners. In addition, the PRM will be involved in marketing and promotion of KMH services to the public/patients .

    Areas of Responsibility:

    1. Visit physician and other healthcare provider offices in the eastern part of the GTA to distribute promotional material, provide education and information, hold education sessions, provide IT support  and address any needs or expectations .
    2. Develop, monitor and report on weekly activities, initiatives and events in the specified geographical sales territory.
    3. Participate in the development of marketing strategies, design of promotional material, delivery of Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and other/corporate activities.
    4. Contribute to the collective efforts of the Marketing Team and achievement of corporate revenue and sales targets through collaborative and interactive activities  and initiatives.
    5. Provide continuous environmental scanning and feedback on issues, trends and developments in the physician community, diagnostic field and broader health system.

    Experience/Attributes:

    • Proven track record of  working in a dynamic, fast-paced and constantly changing environment by bringing energy, enthusiasm and initiative.
    • Well developed inter-personal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
    • Minimum of three to five years experience working in a sales environment/role.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and function as a team player.
    • Internet, technology and social media savvy.
    • Willingness to work long hours in a demanding environment.
    • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an asset
